At Pivarium Brewpub, you drink beer made just for you at the brewery located right in front of you, behind the bar counter. After that, beer makes its way to the fermenting vessel where it’s fermented until fully ready and fed directly to the bar counter, thus bypassing interim packaging phases that are not very appropriate for this beverage. Our beer is really ‘living’, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
